Shipping and Delivery Policy
Tammaar – As of 2025
1. General Information
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the Tammaar online shop (www.tammaar.ch). Tammaar ships from Zurich, Switzerland.

2. Delivery Area
We ship exclusively within Switzerland. Orders from abroad cannot currently be accepted.
3. Shipping Provider
All parcels are sent via Swiss Post. Shipment tracking is available through the Swiss Post tracking system, provided a tracking code has been issued.
4. Processing Time
Once payment has been received, your order will be packed and handed over to Swiss Post within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order:

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalised.
6. Delivery Times
Once handed over to Swiss Post, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. The stated delivery times are estimates and may be extended in exceptional cases (e.g. high parcel volumes, weather conditions, or operational disruptions at the delivery service provider). Tammaar accepts no liability for delays caused by Swiss Post.
7. Digital Products
In addition to physical products, Tammaar also offers digital products (e.g. tickets or registration confirmations for tasting events). The following conditions apply to digital products:
- Delivery is made exclusively by email to the address provided at the time of ordering.
- Digital products are usually delivered immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment.
- Please also check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.
- No shipping costs apply to digital products.
8. Loss or Damage of Parcels
Tammaar hands over every order carefully packaged to Swiss Post. Once the parcel has been handed over, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please proceed as follows:
- Report the issue directly to Swiss Post at www.post.ch or through Swiss Post customer service.
- Additionally, please inform us at contact@tammaar.ch so that we can assist with the process.
We recommend documenting damaged parcels upon receipt (photos) and reporting the damage to Swiss Post without delay. Complaints to Swiss Post generally must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly and completely when placing your order. Tammaar accepts no liability for undelivered parcels resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any additional costs for redelivery in such cases will be borne by the customer.
10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Information regarding the right of withdrawal and returns can be found in our separate Return and Withdrawal Policy, available on our website.
11. Changes to This Policy
Tammaar reserves the right to amend or adjust this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply to all future orders from the date of publication.
